(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Can someone help me out with a quick and easy fix?

I have put pressure just on top of the port and a charge light is appearing although it still won't switch on.
I don't feel like spending £30/£40 on a repair service so any help with this would be much appreciated!
