But like 2 days ago it started fucking up and wouldn't let me sign into Xbox live. It said DNS problem so I restarted the router or modem whatever it said and it would work for a while it's be laugh then when I'd sign out I couldn't sign into xbox live again . So I go on my iPhone 5 & join the wifi and it will say in connected but when I try to do something that requires wifi or LTE it will show the wifi bars then immediately she itch to LTE. I've tried to restart it for 30 seconds like I'm supposed too. My uncle also said the house phone isn't working either..can someone please help?

Your uncle should contact his internet/phone provider so they can send a specialist to his house and see what's causing the problem.

Give your devices a static ip then use open dns servers on the devices.

Phone your ISP.
Need your uncle details before you can start talking to them.

Couple simple tests you can do checking what your modem is telling you it can connect too. With the phone not working that sounds like the line has a fault.
Does not sound like a simple DNS error or wifi
