(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have a dual boot laptop, windows 7 ultimate that has many issues for me right now but is my main system and then I did have windows 8. Both worked fine but windows 8 is, well, horse.

I downloaded 2 modded windows 7 iso's and installed them both, neither could connect to my router. They both found it easily and neither gave a real reason why it didn't work. Anyone got any ideas?

I've restarted the router, I'll have a double check on settings on the router but it works fine for literally every other device just not when I try dualboot from these modded iso's, but it connects to other networks, I've only tried free ones though as they don't have passwords

What do you mean by modded ISOs? Cracked, tweaked, what?

The first I tried was tweaked as I want to get an install that is tweaked for better performance, the second I tried was tweaked and cracked and didn't work.

Don't bother with those tweaked copies in future, they won't be much better tweaked than you could do yourself in five minutes. As for your current installation, this is likely a "feature" to cut down on system load. You'll need to work out what was changed and revert it.

I'll have to try with a standard windows 7 then, if that doesn't work I may end up quoting you again if you don't mind
