Well I've been known to frequent the deep web. And it really depends on what you go to, typically most people just go to silk road and buy drugs and shit, which is how people make tons of bitcoins/money. Of course you'll find sites that sell stolen guns and shit, hitman for hire, and tutorials about building bombs and shit.

All in all it's mostly shit that used to be on the web such as the Anarchist Cookbook but ended up in the deep web after like ten years. But yeah, all in all it's mostly outdated shit minus the silk road, arms dealers, and cc dump sites.
