Yes they are most graphics cards/ram/power supplies will work in any build what you really have to look for is what socket your motherboard is. In this case it is socket 1155, then you go to the processor and check what socket it is. It is also 1155 which means your cpu will fit in the motherboard.

Just build your PC on PCPartPicker, it has a filter for compatible parts.

Cheers and pc part picker dosnt have some newer parts.
