These settings will improve your speed whilst downloading and uploading torrents. These settings can be used with Utorrent or Bittorrent, im sure after you use these settings you will see some improvment. The video is by TheHacker0007, now ive tried lots of settings before only to have my speed lowered. I can tell you this works im getting 1.8 download now, so watch the video and leave a comment below if it helped you out.

Everything checked except "randomize port"

Global Upload Rate
670 -- although it's really up to you

Global Download
0 -- unlimited

Check only "apply rate limit to transport overhead"
Global maximum number of connections: 1890
Number of of connected peers per torrent: 2329
Number of upload slots per torrent: 3
Check off "use additional upload slots..

BitTorrent:

Check off everything except "limit local peer badwith"
Protocol Encryttion Enabled and check "allow income legacy connections"

Check off,
Reduce memory usage when the cache is not needed
Enable caching of disk writes
Enable caching of disk reads
Increase automatic cache size when cache thrashing
