3rd. when it asks for your country if you live in the u.s. put canada
4th enter your mobile phone number
5th a computer will call you and tell you to enter a pin on your dial pad EX 2222
6th then he will say he will be hanging up the phone now
7th go back to the main page and in the bottom right and you should see sign in, sign in
8th once you are signed in go to your card details
9th go to paypal and go to profile and press new card and enter the card details like the one in bancore.
10th if it says your card has been active you can now send unlimited funds
