Anyway. Does anyone know of a way to shutdown any computer from a phone without the need to install a certain program on said computer. I've found a bunch of ways via installing a program that works with it, but nothing that would connect the phone over a network to shut it down somehow. (Found a way to turn on, just not shut down)

Any information regarding the subject would be helpful.
