If you have access to the Router Administrator Login, head over to where you would login (its an IP address) and try and locate the an area that is something similar to "Network Access" or something of that nature. Basically here you can make a program that will run when you tell it to (set time and set days). And how you block the certain people is you find there mac addresses (do this by seeing who is connected and writing the connections Mac down. Then in the program when is ask what you are wanting to block from receiving internet put in that devices mac address and set the times to block it to whatever you want.

So if that is worded weirdly, did the best I can at explaining. Long story short just google "How to block mac addresses [model router here]"

here. login to router, on mine i go to Wireless, Wireless macfilter and simple as that. You must login or register to view this content. You must login or register to view this content. If you have a different router you can probably ban MAc addresses some how through commands. This doesn't bring up a banned message for me it just doesn't allow the blocked mac address to connect.
