To be entirely honest though, I would probably run a custom waterblock with the money that I spent on keyboards + coolers instead. But I was too lazy to spec one of those out for this build. I would also most likely use a different case if I was doing that.

If I could use some and pocket the rest, I'd build a 1500$ rig and be done with it.
If I HAD to spend all 10k on a single rig, I'd go apeshit crazy with bells and whistles that I would never use but could impress my friends with by saying "well my computer can..."
If I had to spend all 10k on multiple rigs, I'd set up a small server farm in my basement and do shit that way. I love network computing. Has its downsides of course, but I still like it.
