Download WiFi analyzer for android or any other WiFi channel checker.
Than choose the channel which has the least activity/strongest signal.
Channels go from 1 to 13 (in my case).
Sign into your router, go to wireless, go to control channel & change it to the channel # of your choosing + apply.

Google will confirm it by searching:
"How to find the best WiFi channel"

Improved the download speed on my PS Vita from 900 kb/s to 8 MB/s. this way.. (I did a nerwork test on it)
I was downloading Soul Sacrifice Delta (3gb) and it said: 300 min. left, after I changed the channel, it changed to 23 min. left...

Some channels are like a highway with too many traffic, changing to a better channel is like taking a quiet road.

My mobile phone, Vita & tablet do not have such a port....

And one of my PS3's is on the attic, a cable to there is problematic.

Depends.....
If next door is using same channel can impact you. From my basic understanding you want a certain range say 1 6 or 10.
Best result I found was buying a new router which took a dump on my ISP supplied one. Certain ISPs won't let you do that not without some tricks....

Thats Correct, I chose 6 because no other used 5 and 7.
So if 11 in buissy but 12 & 13 are not, 12 would be a good choise I think...

Exactly, any decent router would AUTOMATICALLY switch channels when there is too much "traffic" on the channel. If you have a router from ISP it's mostly likely complete ass.
