umm there are many like that but you have to understand a free host like that cant handle 10k+members and doesnt give you much of a variety of stuff like vB

You can't just backup your database because they are two different forum softwares. If one of them lets you export or import to/from the other forum's database format then you could do that, but simply copying the database won't work.
