1.) It's faster if you download this program instead of messing with regedit. I will put the link to it at the bottom of the thread. Once downloaded, head to step 2.
2.) Now, once downloaded, open up the program, and Run as Administrator.
3.) You should see your lockscreen on the program, click on "Change Logon Screen" and go to your pictures. Choose the photo you would like as your login screen.
4.) It should say old logons has been detected, just click ok, and ok one more time.
