Tbh it all depends on what you want.Yeah if you dont have much money and wanna have a solid pc that will last a while, Its a good choice, But personally id rather save a few bucks and put together one. But it all comes down to the person at the end of the day.

you could also use it to build credit which is important if you want to get a house or car in the future and not be a basement dwelling loser
