Note: I always disable syscalls when I set my cID so I can not sign in without disabling them. I played the new DLC long enough to finish it and have not logged on since. Other users on my PS3 have and they are not banned either.

Looks Like The Case Is The SysCalls Disabler,people who used other than psnpatch got pawned ,3 people in this thread used psnpatch and didnt got banned except one who might logged in without psn patch at some point...

have u ever logged in without disabling syscalls like ever ?

How can they know it if we don't mod ?

pc's use gameguard and similar programs to see for memory editing or file hash checks to check for modification im sure bungie/activision put money into something to do similar {like checking hey this is an eboot fix to run on lower cfw then game requires so ban or fixes to activate so a rap file might be better for security to}

I think it may just be luck, I'll stay away from that account until a cID randomizer is available just in case.

I am not yet convinced that it isn't the black ghost due to Bungie's statement. Yes I used the ghost but I was in game when the expansion started and finished it without logging out of Destiny. I have not logged into it since so I may be banned without knowing, but I am not risking my cID until more is known. I am playing on a new account so I know my cID is fine right now.

Another thing I did differently is I converted a BLES version to BLUS by editing it myself and have never used any fix to get it to work on my PS3 other than 80010009 fixes.
