How long have you been using it without ban? And thanks for replying, I was about to just buy a PSN card and Buy the DLC in hopes of not being banned.

This may be unethical advice, but if you are running CFW there is an inherent chance of Bungie permanently banning you. Therefore, it's NOT worth it to buy $20 DLC if you end up being banned only for running CFW.

Don't bother..I got banned two days after using the dlc. I tried seeing if there was a way to avoid any firmware calling in the EBOOT but i didn't have enough people helping out. I even tried playing the game legit on my CFW and still got banned! Unless someone is willing to help me or anyone pull a Scooby Doo-Mystery solving, there's always going to be a ban. :/

sounds like to me the OP plays on his ofw and is asking if it's worth risking a ban to get the dlc for free.

Sure, I used the DLC for around 3-4 days (before I started RTMing and got banned). What I meant is that your chances of getting banned are already pretty significiant if you run CFW. Although I personally think that I was banned for modding and not for installing the DLC pkg. Either way, think hard about it and keep in mind that there are NO mediums through which to dispute a permanent console ban (especially if you're running CFW).

being playing since day one, cfw 4.46.1 rebug+sen enabler and always disable cfw/clean history, season pass+fixes and never rtm(mods)...zero problems!

I bought the DLC like on the release date and still didnt get banned.
