(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i have 2 PS3's, i used to play destiny on my Modded PS3 so i kept getting console banned , that is why i bought a new PS3 on OFW 4.70 and bought Destiny and All DLCs, and i was just Playing Destiny for like 2 Days then Boom, During the Second Day, while i was playing i got disconnected and then it said "Not So Fast" This account has been Banned.... Today i just made a new account on my OFW and i tried to go back on Destiny, now it says "Not So Fast" This Device Has been Banned. What does that mean, am i Temporary or Permanent? im so confused... Please Tell me?

account ban is permanent and your Device (PS3) ban is between 2 days and 1 week not more. after this time youre Console id will be unbanned from their servers and you should be able to create a new psn account and start of playing Destiny from the beginning. sry man.

Device ban stics in this case to Destiny only and u can go online on psn and u could play another game till the week is over......i would do so.

if your able to sign in to PSN then you have nothing to worry about but if destiny is the only game giving you this constant error then they were monitoring your activity when you played on your cfw but other than that i dont know much about destiny but i would just stop playing lol

Don't know why Bungie did this i played this Game Over 600 Hours+ and i have Over 70 Trophies... anyways Thanks for the Tip & Suggestions

They banned me aswell, and a lot of players too. Seems that Bungie likes to " clean " their game from a lot of CFW users before the release of something important ( in this case, House of Wolves DLC ). Even if we don't mod and disable CFW, Bungie always knows how to get us, I don't know how. I think it's for DLCs.
For understand better the reason, can you tell me :
1) Your Firmware
2) If you disabled syscalls, and if yes, with what homebrew
3) If you had DLC installed ( and if yes, which ones )
4) If you played this game from Ext or Int HDD, and if it was normal folder backup or ISO

2) I Do Use PSN Patch and Disable Them all the time Also PS Ninja

Got account ban today after playing for 4 days the HoW!

rebug 4.62.2 cex, sen enabler spoof/clean history/disable syscall , internal game folder, season patch and all dlc fix pkg(no black ghost)

Guys, this game is nothing but trouble on cfw. I would stay away from this game, unless one would want to mod the game, planning on being banned.

Guys, maybe I found the reason of all the bans we are expecting. Yeah, just being on Custom Firmware of course it's a risk, but there's probably something more. I need some tests though, and I'll let you know.
