I myself got banned after 4 days playing How, first time ban, playing since Destiny release.
I dont know if i make a new account and venture again in the game, afraid of future ban.

i've been playing since January, extremely careful with my setup to play the game
playing daily for long hours my account didnt get banned until the day just before the release of HoW
a few days after that i made a new account and with the help of some friends i got to 34 in like 5 days
then again i got banned
at this point i gave up and deleted destiny off my ps3
keeping myself busy with skyrim and a bit of battlefield here and there and tryna concentrate on my actual life, LOL

destiny is quite an addictive game so my advice is try concentrating on something else coz you're probably gonna keep getting banned like myself and many others

Well, I got banned both when The Dark Below and House of Wolves have been released.
To be honest I started getting tired ( especially on the second ban because I was at lv 31, first time I was 24 ) but after some days I created a third account, because I'm trying to investigate the possible reasons of these bans, other than just being in CFW.
What I don't understand is that how some people didn't get ban, that's why I want to understand it, and maybe I got it. But it's too early for say that, so I need some tests. I created my 3rd account after 2 days when HoW came out and I'm not banned now..

I lose my hopes. Got banned again
