Are you playing on CFW yourself? Its known that Bungie makes a effort to ban users that should be banned right before a new DLC drops. They did same with HOW and TDB...

For the first time ever I was banned since I started playing this game in like November. However, I think it was because I had the black ghost shell still. Surprised I never got banned earlier. I still have another account with good weapons so I'm alright, don't really care, but if you still want to play destiny its a good thing they made the leveling up based on experience so it should be pretty quick to level up now

Using the psn version of the game. Was online all weekend, didnt connect yesterday and today wen i try log in got "not so fast" message thats the ban!

For some reason my other account I played two days ago on didn't get banned. I deleted the user two days ago since I only really kept that account as backupbackup. but my main got banned. This thing happened last dlc also, I deleted all my destiny account users from my ps3 and none got banned. I forgot to do it to my main this dlc and it got banned lol

Never play Destiny on a modified PS3. Bungie has a way of knowing if you are running modified software. I , and others, have been down this road multiple times.
