Get the latest PSNPatch and spoof your CID.
Disable the Custom Firmware (CFW) system calls, and delete game history. Also use PSNPATCH to do that.
Don't cheat, hack, mod the game in any way other than specified above ^

Now there is no guarantee that you won't be caught by the Automated system on Sony's part or Bungie, but hopefully now you can minimize the risk of getting banned.

Oh and one more thing, don't use Public CIDs when spoofing your Private CID.

source: been playing since day 3, got banned one day before HoW, never had any of the DLCs, until i decided 2 weeks after my ban that i get the season pass and say fuck it, been playing for months now.
