Thats a really decent team, but if you are keeping it.. i advise getting a new manager as he is of no nationality of any players and if you get a manager with the same nationality as most of your players i think you get +10 Chemistry even though your on 99 anyway, it would get to 100 :p

you get +10 chemistry no matter what off a manager aslong as his formation matches the one you play with .

i wud say serie a or bundesliga for that price if you starting from scratch as prem and bbva are quite pricey for a quality team.
