yeh i agree i rang virgin media and everything so in the end i opened up all the ports on my router and took "ro.uter" firewall off and getting on fine now.
rang and emailed ea a few times, got told id have to wait between 7-10 days for a case review. then got an email apologising for deleted my ut. then had several interesting convos with their guys at live chat that pretty much got me nowhere. i just want to know where i stand and if ill get my team back or not
