Basically i'll be playing as normal and the ball will go out of play and the game will freeze for around 5minutes. Then it will return and as sooon as it goes out of play again it get stuck, the record for me was 18minutes 34seconds. I care about my record, that's why I don't want to quit and get DNF.

Is anybody else having problems? or is it just my PS3 or something? It normally happens deep into the second half.

Its not a connection problems or someone glitching, its just a ea server problem and there is nothing you can do apart from have a tug and hope your opp has quit.
Pausing will get you back to the game but its just a matter of time until a big freeze comes, even at the final whistle.
