You should have gotten your online pass code with the game. Like Medal of Honor. Or from the PSN store.

no no you just redeem and enter in the code, Everybody who went on FIFA had to do it, don't really know as to why Ea chose to do this but hey :/

it's to make money off second hand buyers so they pay for a code to go online.

where about do i reedem it as evertime i select the option it just says failed to verify and doesnt let me put anythin in

yeh , it was doing that for me too , i restarted ps3 , cleaned FIFA and put it back in , after i clicked it a few times i still got the error but one time it opened up the PSN store and let me type it in (yn) maybe the servers are just busy atm.

I met the same problem just 2 mins ago.
Now everyone who has the same problem just go to redeem the code again and the problem is solved.
I think it is ea server problem or anything else.
