because the servers are still down so the psn store is down.... therefore u cant buy packs

but my friend can get it and i can sign on fine

I cant get it, but i know that when theres maintenance like 1/5 people can sign in still, so you might be one of the five. Also the store is down for me so i cant buy packs using actual money, but if your friend is using coins then ofc he can buy them as he isnt actually accessing the store

then for that i dont have a clue. Try restarting ps3 etc. Reset router, try to buy off EAs website cuz they now sell packs on there
