The only real way to get a better team (as in a team which play better) is to try and increase your chemistry by making sure u play players in correct positions and maybe trying to introduce players from the same league, otherwise its a beast team

You only need to improve your chemistry, to do this you need to buy quite a few formation cards (3-5-2) as all players are out of formation, adding a 3-5-2 formation card to each player and you should get 100 Chemistry! Also, get a 3-5-2 manager if the formation cards dong't get you to 100 Chemistry.
