So For Example, If you come to me with a budget of 100k, I will be more than willing to help, Suggesting More than one league & More than One Formation. Time Consuming, but It Most definetley helps!

IF Modric > IF VDV
IF Saha > IF Ba

That would be my improvements .. Plus TOTY Kompany will be out soon so i would cash in on him IMO before his price super drops. (same with VDV)

If you want to stick with that formation, play Ibra as striker, and Eto'o as CF so he has got more space to use his pace.

However, I recommend playing 3-4-1-2:

GK - Cesar
CB - Thiago Silva
CB - Lucio
CB - IF Mexes (or IF Juan is you'd rather stick with him)
LM - IF Vargas
CM - IF Hamsik
CM - Sneijder / IF Hernanes / IF Pastore
RM - IF Sanchez/Krasic
CF - IF Lavezzi
ST - Ibra
ST - Eto'o

With 30k Its quite a tight Budget but here's two suggestions..
Replace Your RM ( Wijnaldum or whatever that guys mad name is ) with the 82 IF version.. There both approx 3.8k, and he Should Boost your Team rating By a little.
You Could replace Mark Van Bommel with an In-form Clarence Sedorf (83), once again boosts rating...
If You want an In-form Left Mid, Royston Drenthe ( 79 ) Who Goes for about 15k.
You Could also Replace Johnny Heitinga at the back with The In-form version for roughly 18k....

Now With your budget it's only going to be ONE of those possibilites

With 100K, I wouldn't Really Improve that Team.. I'd Wait until The TOTY For Premier league comes out, Then I'd Cash In on The GoalKeeper Ben Foster & Replace with the Upcoming IF Joe Hart. Then You could Also Replace/Sell Hangeland and replace with an In-form Kolo Toure ( If the funds are Ok) For Chemistry, Pace & Power.

With your Strike Force You currently have two Rather tall & physical Players. You need to Counter Kenwyne Jones's height & strength, with somebody smaller and more agile in my opinion. According to Fifa Forums, There's an Upcoming In-form Darren Bent ( Immense ) and an 85 Version Of Scott Parker. If This is the Case, Id replace Kenwyne Jones with an In-form Darren Bent & Keep Demba ba with IF Parker as a CAM... Reason: Parkers passing Is Unbelievable, He's so strong for someone his height, reasonably quick and Will Burn stamina working back which is actually important.

^ The Upcoming TOTY players are Only what i've seen & heard, So I'd hold out for a bit

According to EA forums, there's an Upcoming In-form Thiago Silva..... I'd wait until the proof is there and he's in the store, then Price check him.. Sell Juan and Replace him with an IF Thiago..

If you don't want to go defensive, with 80k You could invest in a better CDM than Inler. You Could replace him with the Likes of an IF Hernanes ( Chemistry, not like you need it but still chemistry) Or Put in an IF Javier Pastore

Yeah and the prices on ps3 are much more to, but now got 40K so maybe i could get sneijder? Or if heitinga and if van der wiel?
