I'm mainly concerned with upfront, my main striker is IF Fabiano.

I LOVE Fred! He is a Brazilian striker who is only a 79 overall but he has 5 star skill moves, he is really strong and his finishing is excellent. When I had my Brazilian team I also had IF Fabiano, Fred was a brilliant sub who sometimes even kept Fabiano out of the team. I got him for 600 coins which is a great buy for a player who will get you goals. I really recommend him.

I've already got Fred.. sorry but he's not doing it for me haha.

I'd like a fairly good striker. Under 10k I'd say.

Well there aren't many Brazilian strikers to choose from. I know you said 10k but the only decent option is IF Pato. If not then you could try Nilmar if you haven't already, he's quite good, has 90 pace and is cheap. I'll have a look around for better options.
