Well I am going to be totally biased and just because I support Liverpool I am going to tell you to make a Liverpool UT but I have to say it is very hard to win many games with them the players arent that quick. I have a second Arsenal squad (without Cesc, Walcott, Nasri, etc) and wow have Arsenal have the pace and ability to slam goals.

Build the new man united team :p with Ashely cole, but not rooney :p u cant afford him

Don't build a EPL squad or England squad, they are completley overused and aren't that good imo. Try a Serie A team or a German/Bundesliga side. Have a look at this guy's teams he will probably give you alot of ideas.
