Personally I like a mixture.
ZerkaaHD for me isn't great, he uploads a Fifa goals episode with 3 decent goals in them... People just fanboy him
Antoholland is good for some tips on how to get generally better, but he seems a bit trampy (i.e. agbonlohor in his ultimate team episodes)
I enjoyed Sam5000i's Road to Glory episodes, where he built up from a bronze to a 5 star team, he made a few for diffirent leagues/nationalities.
Fifaralle is probably the best for goal montages/compilation, check out his recent "Best of United" montage. He is an amazing skiller.

Oh also KillHollywood. Mainly because he pretty much go me into UT completely.

hjerpseth Is a phenomenal skills player, His editing is always top draw. Both Warfare I and II we're brilliant.
