I waited one out for 2 hours!!! before he quit it really gets on my nerves is there a way to counter it?

Nope, sometimes it happens within normal play although it can be forced somehow.

I just tell them im going work now and ill see you when i get back most of them quit after 5 mins. I had one guy telling me to quit or he will get me banned from psn loool

Works best on xbox this method as you can appear offline and say bye mate going to work etc. hehe xD
