weird, they have the rating stored on the Ultimate Database, but don't show them in game. and it isn't last years because Alex Ferguson is an 83 whereas was an 82 last year :S

You don't lose or gain any chemistry based on what level manager you have. It is only affected by formation (+10 if it is correct) and nationality (+1 for every player of the same nationality)

Ah, that was certainly the case on FIFA 11 anyway. Nevermind, those two players and an argentinian manager then, that would do you just fine
