I'd go for a Brasilver (Brazilian all silver team) skill team, a fast pace team or maybe a Spanish team?

Ive made a brazilian team 80 overall and no player was over 3,000 if you have a budget like that i would make a top quality brazilian team

If you go for Wins , the best team would be a bronze only team with insane pace , so you will play against other bronze teams but they will have no chance because of your PACEEEEEEE ^^
But you literally need to be rich for this cause some Players cost like 70k coins , but with 96 pace just beastly

just catch CR7, Rooney or Messi and u can build any team u want

just have a fast team i rekon and fast centre backs
