Pretty much just gave them a pic of my actual codes with timestamp/name and stuff and act all clueless about why your stuff is not working and that you've asked your store and they said contact EA.

are you sure i went on ut forums and theres a thread that warns people about consequences thats why i didnt do it it says they will impose bans on people if need be

No they said they were looking into it. They said nothing about bans until after they had patched the glitch.
