i was told by a friend who has a friend who works for EA that there will be a 72 hour ban which is three days for the people who did pack glitch...
im not sure if this is true or fake...
please dont flame

Oh well, and if they don't unban after 72 hours, I'll accept the challenge to rebuild my squads as fast as possible

My guess would be that they groaned you more for you asking for "thanks" than for anything else. People will usually not thank/rep people when they ask for thanks/rep.

Saying "a Thanks would be nice" is practically asking for thanks.

But I was just telling you why they most likely groaned you.

Here is my conversation with EA:

me: I understand, but i haven't done anything wrong
me: so is there any possibility of me retrieving my account?
EA: Right now we don't have any updates that tell us what option we can give people with banned accounts
EA: These bans are imposed as of today
me: So your claiming they are not permanent?
EA: No, they are permanent
EA: What I meant to say, we don't know what course of action that you as a customer can take in this case

If you have been here long enough you should know who groans and thanks your threads/posts,after all it is very visible.
