It took me a long time to find this guy! For LWB I would use Derick Katuku, Overall 69, From Belgium, Plays for Sporting Lokeren in the Pro League.
He has 93 pace and sells for around 4000!!!

Marcio Azvedo, Brazilian Left back, 89 pace. He's expensive, 25k-35k ish
Cicihno, Brazilian Right back 90 pace. Also expensive
Lucio (Striker) 84 pace, Silver.. Quite cheap

He's a little more expensive on PS3 hehe
But the LWB ive got know has an intense freekick ive scored a few with him Winky Winky Nice left foot
