Then fill everything in (eg Fifa 2012; Playstation 3)
and then there should be an option 'live chat'

Click it and complain

there is surely some problem going with that site..(or the live support is offline) few hours ago it was working fine..

Press 'return to the Help homepage'

Then just follow my steps, you should see now the screen with 'talk to a game advisor'

But I think they're changing some things... I get errors too
