Fifa 13 will have UT and all the same features as fifa12 UT but coins/players are not carried over fifa so everyone has to start a fresh.

In terms of trading, you need get on the web app early (web app is launched in a few hours) and look for/think of players that will sell for a bit. On the first few days of web app everyone tries to make coins from trading and this means anyone can find good deals as people will sell players they think aren't worth much when they may have 5* skills or have a hidden attribute that isn't shown on the card.
