does the tool actually change the player rating ingame for you ???!
it changes in the menu but when i get in to a match it's just like they used to be i don't see any 99s

Yes if u shoot with player u will scare. Pace and all other stuff doesn't really change. If u have slow player he will remain slow

It does not have a CID stealer haha it's completely legit and doesn't have that shit, I'm not poor I will never steal cids
