2) Product:

You must have a jailbroken PS3 to use it and this tool works and will work with any update (1.00, 1.01, ..., 9.99) and any version (BLES, BLUS, NPEB, NPUB, etc.) of FIFA 16, FIFA 17, FIFA 18 & FIFA 19 and it supports TMAPI, CCAPI 2.60, CCAPI 2.70 & CCAPI 2.80

This RTM Tool allows you to change the players and the manager in your Ultimate Team, change their Card Type, Position, Nationality, Club, League, Specialty, Rating, Contracts and Stats. You can also change in-game scores, easy-win & auto-match ender, save/inject teams, change UT coins & FIFA points, change budget in your Manager Career and change your squad in your Player Career. BTW the coins editor, as written, is only visual because all is server side, so coins and fifa points are impossible to hack
but you can make tons of real coins by using the score editor end/or the player's swapping

Hello, I would like to know if this tool will be updated, so that the TOTY base cards will be available for selection. I think the TOTY base cards would be better than if the non-in form base cards upgraded to 99.
What I am trying to say is, if this tool has the TOTY base cards, use this tool to upgrade the TOTY base stats to 99, that would be better than the players non-TOTY non-inform base card, upgraded base stats to 99.
