You must have a jailbroken PS3 to use it and this tool works and will work with any update (1.00, 1.01, ..., 9.99) and any version (BLES, BLUS, NPEB, NPUB, etc.) of FIFA 16, FIFA 17, FIFA 18 & FIFA 19 and it supports TMAPI, CCAPI 2.60, CCAPI 2.70 & CCAPI 2.80

This RTM Tool allows you to change the players and the manager in your Ultimate Team, change their Card Type, Position, Nationality, Club, League, Specialty, Rating, Contracts and Stats. You can also change in-game scores, easy-win & auto-match ender, save/inject teams, change UT coins & FIFA points, change budget in your Manager Career and change your squad in your Player Career. Impossible to retrieve account information = ea account ban. It is associated with the score editor. If you use score editor continously say plus 5 games u will be ban within next game. Only point to note is fifa 16 only allow you to make 10 account on ps3 system. Once all 10 account are ban u cannot play fifa 16 ultimate team

No, "impossible to retrieve account information" is an error due to the changing nationality or leagues of players in the tournament (only in the tournament)
You can use the score editor how much times you want (even 1000 consecutive matches)
As I said EA doesn't ban anyone, in fact you can enter in PC's web app with your account

Ciao were right i dont get banned if i use score hack online.
but if iam at AWAY position the score hack is useless. the scoreboard shows the edited goals of my team but if the opponent scores a goal the game ends and i loose 0-1. i have to be sure always to play at HOME
