You must have a jailbroken PS3 to use it and this tool works and will work with any update (1.00, 1.01, ..., 9.99) and any version (BLES, BLUS, NPEB, NPUB, etc.) of FIFA 16, FIFA 17, FIFA 18 & FIFA 19 and it supports TMAPI, CCAPI 2.60, CCAPI 2.70 & CCAPI 2.80

This is an inform messi with all stats to 99
As written, you can choose wich players you want to modify and which features of them you want to modify (including all type cards of the game)

There are no differences. The only differences are the stats, i have try base messi all 99 and messi hero all 99 and nothing change, with base messi you have also more chance of find bad opponents team

Okay so I bought this a few days ago, I don't really have any complaints as the tool is good, however I would like to see the stats of the card be legit, for example when I'm using Ronaldo I want him to feel and his card to look legit, I tried tricking my brother and showed him my all blue card team and he was stunned until he saw they all had 99 stats, and also the process to add a player is long, cant I just have the feature to be able to replace the player straight up instead of having to go through Nationality, League, Team etc. this would be helpful for people who don't have a lot of football knowledge as they might not know what teams are in what leauges please take these suggestions in and maybe update the tool with the extra two options , may I also suggest you swap the names around, when I'm searhing for a name to swap it can sometimes take a long time because I forgot the first name of the player or something and I had to end up googleing the player. for example Luis Suarez, when I'm searching I want to type suarez but I find I have to know the first name to be able to find him faster but this suggestion would make sense as most players are globally known by their last name. thankyou

Once you have fill all boxes for the players and manager the first time, you can save your team, so the next time you use the tool, just click on load Team and all boxes will be filled automatically in 1 second
In the future, I'll keep the complete name of the players like they are right now because, in this way, the tool is perfectly detailed, but don't worry, I'll add a search bar, so you can search players by typing only some letters of their name

Hi, thanks for your purchase
BTW, as written, the score hack is real, so you can edit the score to win every match in every modes of the game (including UT & DRAFT)
In my tool there is also the manager career mode hack, the coins & FIFA points hack and the swapped players are perfect because every information of the player is real (not like in the other tools)
this means a minor risk of ban
