That's because ultimate section of the coins, fut coins are saved on EA servers not on ps3

No, since it's server sided and even if it were it wouldn't be released at all...

Even if someone do find a way to modify the amount of coins, I highly doubt they'd release it. Most likely they'd just sell their coins to coins seller and earn like a huge ton of cash.
