When you're losing to a sweat bag, press the centre button to return to the Xbox home screen (make sure the game is still playing and not at a replay) then eject the disc in the disc drive and load up another game. Then go back to Fifa. You do not get a loss or lose any DNF. In all it takes about 1 minute to do and means you always win division 1 or tournaments.
Works on PS4 too!

What exectly i have to do?Quit PSN Connection with my gamepad?
I already tried the method with eject the disk. Dont work for me, got a loss :/
Same by the old Net Tools 5 trick with UDD Flooder.
