Here is the whole story:
Dubsy has asked me to send him the coin first. I tell him I will not send out huge portion but I am willing to send 50k first (yes small amount) and he can pay me $5 until he is comfortable to send me money first. Since it's a hassle for him and extra cost for him, I agree to pay for all the paypal fees for multiple payment.

Sorry if I waste your time but please try not to accuse people when you don't have any proof of it.
