Our accounts got reset last week and today they've banned the accounts.


I had some players in there but luckily i was still logged on via web app and was able to transfer them to the other account.

Also, does anyone know how to transfer the stuff from the consumables, the stadiums,badges,kits and staff to the trade pile on the web app?

is it ur ea account banned or xboxlive account banned

EA account.. they dont have the authority to ban Xbox live accounts.

Step to step instructions on the unlinking method
1. Click on this link help.ea.com/ << you cant use this link whilst signed into your banend account otherwise it will just say dead end make a new account.
2. See the white box that says talk to a game advisor click it.
3. type Fifa 2012 (or you could try battlefield 3)
4. Platform whatever you are on i use xbox 360
5. Then click live chat
6. Wait for however long it says could be up to or over a hour.
7. once talking say can you unlink my gamertag from my EA account (If they say they cant do it go into another chat and find someone that can)
8. give them your email address to the Ea account thats banned
9. They will ask for D.O.B give them that aswell. If you have forgotten it ask them if you can prove its you any other way.
10.They will ask for your gamertag give them that.
11. When they have unlinked it ask them if they can sign it or link it to a new EA ID (make a new EA ID and give it to them)
12. This process takes a while so be patient. (Its worth it)
13. Sometimes when they have done it they say because it was a banned EA ID some of the things wont of transferred across. (dont listen to them the only thing that doesnt transfer across is your EA level.)
14. Once the transfer has been finished log into EA and see if your gamertag is on the persona list profile.ea.com/.
Dont end the chat until you are certain it worked

Step to step instructions on the transferring method
1. Do all of the above to get onto live chat
2. Ask them if they can transfer your gamertag onto another EA account
(If they say no try again or do the unlinking method)
3. Give them all the details of the old Ea account and the new one also you gamertag.
4. They might say no sorry it is banned if so try a different person
5. Wait for them to process it.
6. Sign into profil.ea.com with the new Ea Id and see if your gamertag is there.
7. If so close down the chat.
This method does work it's a shorter way of doing the above method but it might not work every time.
