(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My Ultimate Team has been reset .. I wrote an e-mail to EA and they told me that they gave my problem to the developpers team.
Now I've been waiting for 3 weeks and they haven't done anything yet !
I send them again 3 or 4 e-mails, but now they don't even answer me.
Has anybody any suggestions ? :embarrassed:

This happend to one of my accounts after I had played 2 matches but I couldn't be bothered to contact ea as there customer service is bad

you can try to make a new ultimate team en then you go on pc fifa ultimate fut then you try to take the acound that get banned en then you try to sel your players en you go to your new ultimate team then you search for the players that you have selt en then you bye a copple of brons players en you trade it with the players that you have selt on the acound that get bannend...

Same for me. In the morning I played some games, and in the afternoon my team disappeared
