Whenever i play online in a game on UT, once the game and it goes to the match rating it says:
You are unable to connect to the Ea Servers and takes me back to the Arena.
Even if i win lose or draw it ALWAYS Counts as a loss and i GET NO COINS WHATSOEVER!
IT is the exact same thing for Offline games ASWELL.

Aiight Guys, I have had the same problem since the game was first released, Ea just tell you to port forward your router, or use Dmz mode on your router. However none of these methods work so there is no point in trying them. Apparently If this happens its because your ping is too high so they tell you to contact your Internet Service Provider, however i doubt they could change your ping, so i didn't bother trying. If anyone Has please im begging you for a solution i have tried so hard to create a french ultimate team without playing one game, and just feeding off Free gold packs, Money from friends, and i bought 1 psn card 50 dollars, which got me a few players, so if anyone knows how to fix this i'm begging you to quote me or pm me.

Can you please tell me a solution, apart from port forwarding, putting my router into DmZ mode, or contacting my ISP..?

hey mate, i have a solution, its not the best though and its not really ideal, although what i did made it work.

if the internet access point in your home is a modem/router combo you will need to put it into modem mode and buy a cheap router. if your in UK you can buy one from pc world for 9.99 . I done this but i got the 29.99 Belkin one and it works a treat. i know we shouldnt have to do this but im just so pissed off with it its unbelievable. I have contacted EA and they don't have a clue, i have also contacted my ISP and there not sure either. So i finally contacted BBC program Watchdog.

if your willing to spend £10 then let me know how you get on

I honestly already tried that and it still didn't work, however the secondary (cheap) router is like connected in an Ethernet cable port, which is linked to my primary router. So Can you please explain for me exactly what to do, it would help me greatly.

ok if that hasn't worked for you then maybe try this ..

First: Give your PS3 a static IP. Do this by manually configuring network settings on your playstation.

I connected my PS with a cable, IP adress is the one of my modem/router, but in the end you give your PS a 50.
Like this: xxx.xxx.xxx.50

Then you fill in the following settings:
Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220
MTU: Auto
Proxy: No
UPnP: Yes (Auto)

Second: Login into your modem/router and find the settings for DMZ Host (or DMZ whatever, depends on the brand), there fill in your PS3 IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.50.

Start Ultimate Team, and hopefully play without disconnections

I still have disconnections on my PC, but for PS3 it looks like it's solved. Hope you will try it and it will work for you too.

Found it on EA forums,

hope this helps
