I honestly already tried that and it still didn't work, however the secondary (cheap) router is like connected in an Ethernet cable port, which is linked to my primary router. So Can you please explain for me exactly what to do, it would help me greatly.

ok if that hasn't worked for you then maybe try this ..
First: Give your PS3 a static IP. Do this by manually configuring network settings on your playstation.
I connected my PS with a cable, IP adress is the one of my modem/router, but in the end you give your PS a 50.
Like this: xxx.xxx.xxx.50
Then you fill in the following settings:
Subnetmask: 255.255.255.0
Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220
MTU: Auto
Proxy: No
UPnP: Yes (Auto)
Second: Login into your modem/router and find the settings for DMZ Host (or DMZ whatever, depends on the brand), there fill in your PS3 IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.50.
Start Ultimate Team, and hopefully play without disconnections
I still have disconnections on my PC, but for PS3 it looks like it's solved. Hope you will try it and it will work for you too.
Found it on EA forums,
hope this helps
