ea are horrible. 1% chance you'll get it back. they always make some crap up like you gave your details away or something. ea are never to blame, which is a load of crap. i lost if rooney because i lost connection when i bought him, complained several times, and the lady said im sorry theres nothing we can do

EA is just horrible with any kind of security. You can easily lost your account if someone knows your date of birth.. :/
