(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); The way i do i think is great because its free Smile, if you have 2 or more teams, only have your normal teams starting 11 playing, then with your 2nd team, put them into your subs and reserves and do vice-versa and your fitness stays up, its great!

What is your way of keeping your fitness up?

Same as you and buying bronze packs/fitness (150) on the market and applying then when they are under 80 (When I think they start to get tired and play badly and not to their full potential.)
I normally switch it around with my squads and hopefully when I go through a routine and I go back to the Team they are fully fitness'd up and morale'd up too :P

OMG did you read this?
I have two brazilian squads, I have 2 players for every position, the subs and the reserves for the A-teamsquad starts in my B-teamsquad. The starting players in my A-teamsquad are subs in the B-teamsquad. Might sound complicated, but it's an amazing system, I play 3 games with the A-team and then one with the B-team, cheap, amazing and keeps my team fit!
